Who is Kingsforce? |
| |
Kingsforce was established in 1994 as a traditional employment agency based in Singapore. We have since moved on to become a leading manpower and resource consultant with special experience in diverse disciplines in the construction industry, particularly the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refinery and oil and gas industries. At the same time, we have also gained for ourselves a reputable name among Human Resource professionals in all other sectors - Manufacturing, IT, Consultancy and Professional, Financial, Services, and Multi-Industries, and have extended our networks from South East Asian countries to the UK and the Emirates.
Today, Kingsforce is a very successful human resource consultant and employment agency and, since the beginning of year 2001, has gone e-transaction and web-enabled whereby all clients’ orders, recruitments and placements are done via the web. Also introduced, is an e-job system to “marry” jobseekers and employers for employment. We plight ourselves to be the only employment agency in Singapore to go web-enabled and are able to serve our clients effectively and efficiently using our own on-line job system, all these were done for no other reasons, but for the benefits of jobseekers and employers.

Why create a job system that contradicts to Kingsforce’s business? |

Kingsforce may not profit from jobseekers and the employers when they got “married” through our e-job system, but being an licensed employment agency, the management’s philosophy is to be profitable but at the same time want to be socially responsible to the jobseekers. We feel a sense of achievement when we see jobseekers found jobs and always wish them happily employed. |

How can Kingsforce help my company search for candidates? |
| |
There are two ways we can help you. Either you can subscribe to our e-job system and become a subscriber, or use our traditional agency’s search and placement services and be our client.
As a client, you can submit your job specifications and vacancy details by fax or call us, but it would be better that you do it on-line as this would ensure that the job orders reach us and recorded in our system for immediate action by our recruitment consultants, who will do all their best to search for candidatesbr>
As a Subscriber, you can post your job vacancies with our e-job system and provide the job specifications and vacancy details directly to the system. Based on the details posted you can search and match candidates immediately on-line. With the match listings, you can e-mail the candidates directly for interviews or request for detailed resumes. By default, all job posted would be valid for 56 days, or lapsed, if not re-posted, on the date selected upon expiry. |

The job system has a function for clients to submit job orders on-line to Kingsforce for traditional recruitment and placement services. If for whatsoever reasons you cannot get through to us, you can now submit your job specification on-line to our recruitment consultants anytime and anywhere as long as you can get yourself connected to our website. Our consultant who no longer need to manually process and monitor his workloads, but with help of our e-job system, will be able to systematically track the status of your job orders and provide good turnarounds of candidates, which will then ensure that you are always successful in your recruitment exercise. |

You just need to click on the job order button and submit your requirements. Please provide as many details as possible as jobs will be published on our homepage’s notice board and our experience has shown that good candidates would attract only to better described jobs. |

What are the benefits of using Kingsforce’s e-job system? |

a) You would find that for a very reasonable fee the benefits received from the whole range of on-line services would out gain the cost. Not only it is cost effective, the system is designed to relieve you of burdens of finding the right employees at the right time.
b) You would be able to post jobs and at the same time search for candidates in our database, send e-mails to shortlisted candidates, receive resumes from candidates and maintain them as your own database records, and use of a weekly schedule to plan and monitor interviews.
c) You can post jobs and keep them valid for as long as 56 days by default, or lapsed, if not re-posted, on the date selected upon expiry.

The packages include a Candidates Management System, how does this work? |
| |
The Candidates Management System is a recruitment database
software designed by us based upon our years of experience as an
employment agency in recruitment, to help you search and recruit employees
without you physically running through piles of hard copy resumes. When
candidates apply to your company, the system will receive the soft copy
resumes, which then can be maintained in a predefined format as your own
database records. At anytime and from anywhere so long you can get connected
to our website, you can login to the system to: search for candidate; mark
good resumes as "My Favourite Candidate"; delete them if the resumes are
deemed "rubbish"; or plan and monitor interviews with the candidates and your
managers simply with the help of a weekly schedule provided
therein. To put it plainly, the Candidates Management System is an
inexpensive but effective and efficient recruitment database software
availables on-line which all recruiters can easily afford and want to
subscribe.
