Terms And Conditions
(Schedule of Fees) |

The terms and conditions
hereinafter mentioned shall apply for introduction of
personnel for permanent placement. |

| 2.

The Client agrees
to notify Kingsforce immediately upon acceptance of a
candidate for employment, giving the total monthly salary
and date of commencement of the employment of the candidate. |

| 3.
|
Kingsforce standard fee is
80% of the first month total salary, payable upon commencement
of employment of the successful candidate in any capacity
by a Client either directly or by any related, associated
or connected company of that Client. Payment on these
terms shall remain valid within 180 days from the date
of the introduction of the candidate. |

| 4. |
Payment of fee
shall be made within 14 days from the date of our invoice.
Kingsforce reserves the right to charge financing costs
at the rate of 2% per month on all invoices not paid within
the 14 days stipulated payment period. |

| 5. |
Should the candidate
introduced resign within one month of employment, Kingsforce
will provide one free placement for the original position
within one month at no extra charge. In the event that
a suitable candidate is not found on the expiry of the
one month period, the Kingsforce fee shall be subject
to a 50% reduction and any fee in excess of that paid
shall be refunded, or in the case of unpaid invoice, shall
be cancelled and a new invoice will be issued to reflect
the same. The foregoing concessions only apply when personnel
have resigned of their own free will. Resignation due
to misrepresentation of the position or any other cause
created by the Client will not entitle the Client to the
free placement or refund. |

Whilst Kingsforce
endeavour to ensure the suitability of the candidates
selected on behalf of the Client, it is however the Client's
responsibility to satisfy him / herself concerning the
candidate's skills, qualifications and general integrity
priority to engagement of the candidate. Kingsforce do
not accept liability and responsibility for any loss,
expense or damage howsoever occasioned from our introduction
of the candidate. |

The Client shall
be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set
out above by virtue of the use of Kingsforce services. |
